• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  
  
• Defective or Wrong Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  
• Remembrance Day Guarantee: For Remembrance Day merchandise — if your order does not arrive before October 14, you’ll receive a full refund.
  

Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories such as mugs, phone cases, and license plate covers are only returnable if they arrive damaged or defective.
